Preheat the oven, clean and chop broccoli, and place in a pot of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter in sauce pan, add salt and flour, mix with a whisk. Add milk and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, stir in cheddar cheese. Mix well with a whisk until fully melted. Add hashbrowns and mix well. Heat through.

Place half of mixture into the bottom of baking dish, spread evenly. Top with broccoli, then top broccoli with chicken. Top the chicken with the rest of the cheese.

Mix butter with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs over the top of the Weight Watchers Broccoli Bake.
