First, cook the chicken.

Pan fry or bake in the oven.

Let chicken cool and then shred the chicken into bite sized pieces. If chicken is still warm, you can use forks to shred. 

Next, chop up the grapes, the chives, and the celery into small pieces. Add to the chicken and mix together.

Add the garlic powder and any zero point seasonings that you like to the mayo and Greek yogurt, stir well. Add mixture to chicken, mix to combine.

Serve on it's own, on a bun or in a wrap. Also delicious stuffed in celery!
